At Unilife, we are honored to be able to live our mission of “enhancing and saving lives.” Our mission is evident in the passion we show daily as we create medical solutions that make a difference. But our products are only one way we enhance lives. Unilife is also dedicated to being a good neighbor and corporate citizen. We live up to this challenge by creating jobs and giving back to the community in several ways. Some examples of our work in the community include working with local educational institutions to make them aware of the opportunities at Unilife. We also hold fund raisers, such as Toys for Tots, and blood drives. There are on occasion events that are so special that we would like to share them here – be sure to check back for updates. 22 February 2010: Unilife Donates First Shipment of Unitract Safety Syringes to Haiti. ANZAC Day is one of Australia's most important national occasions, marking the anniversary of the first major military action fought by the Australian and New Zealand military during the First World War. Representatives of the Royal Australian Air Force and of the Armed Services of Turkey will be in attendance. The event now more broadly commemorates all those who fought and gave the ultimate sacrifice for their countries in military operations. Proud of its Australian heritage, Unilife is supporting the event being celebrated by the Union League in Philadelphia. |
